For this we will install the Online Document Filing system on-site for you which allows you to have guaranteed fast access and can restrict access only to be company wide. We can also supply you with suitable server hardware.
On-site document filing system has the following options -

• Free maintenance and updates for 1 year (only with remote access).
• Annual fee for ongoing updates and maintenance after 1st year.
• Own hardware can be provided (requires system capability check).
• Optional automated disaster recovery backup.

The hosted document filing will be delivered as Software as a Service.
This service includes -

• Free maintenance and updates as they come available.
• Automated disaster recovery backup included.
• Minimum contract period 3 years (3 months pilot period).
• Unlimited users.
• Maximum storage 4Gb.
• Additional data blocks of 1GB available.
• Secure access (https) possible if required.
