However, trying to find a document you remember having stored (at least you think you have) can become a real pain. Unless of course you have categorised all your documents neatly which most like is not happening for paper documents unless you are a librarian.
By using the A-Vision Document filing system it now has become really easy to store decades of documents and still be able to easily retrieve the document you are after. With the many ways documents can be added to the system it has become a child's job to scan and add documents. Modern scanners all have a facility to scan and email or save documents to a drive. After scanning documents simply tag the added documents and you're done.
While tagging a few documents is not much of a hassle, doing it for thousands is a time consuming job. Therefore we have teamed up with a document scanning and data extraction bureau that simply takes care of that for you and when the documents are added to the system they will automatically be tagged. Exceptions will be marked and can manually be processed.
The Document filing system is especially great when it comes to tagging and finding documents. It supports dynamic configuration of document types and sub-types and META data types. Documents can be found by any entered META data value or in case a full document OCR has be performed any text in the document.
Next to that you can assign documents to owners and control access to these documents based on user access rights.
